We went to the rose garden today to take pictures and then went for a walk by the river. Finally we stopped and sat at a picnic table for a while, Him with His runes and me with my tarot cards. i had cut two pieces of fabric out of a pair of white pants that will always be too big for me (i hope) and we laid them out on the picnic table to lay out our respective tools of divination. i didn't tell Him my part, but both the cards and the runes were rather negative, speaking of death and deterioration. But that's okay. Today was beautiful, if cloudy, and life is grand. And if the cards were right? i will always have the memory of today. i refuse to worry about tomorrow. Today was too perfect.
